How to onboard a talent?

Have you hired talent on the Notchup platform? If yes, then it's time you begin the process of onboarding the talent to get them to start working on your project.

After you shortlist and hire a candidate, the Notchup team will handle the paperwork and other formalities from their end. Talent contracts at present are outside the platform, and through our partners.

Once everything is exactly as it should be, you will see the talent's name and profile in the 'hired' section of the job profile.

You will then be able to see the talent under the project for which you have hired them. By clicking on the employee names, you can view the list of talents working for you on a particular project, their payment details, etc.

Once onboarded, they are ready to work on your project.
