What is it?
DISC measures your behavioral style across four dimensions:
D (Dominance): How you handle problems and challenges. (High D = Direct, Result-oriented).
I (Influence): How you handle people and contacts. (High I = Enthusiastic, Collaborative).
S (Steadiness): How you handle pace and consistency. (High S = Patient, Loyal).
C (Conscientiousness): How you handle procedures and constraints. (High C = Analytical, Precise).
How to Calibrate
During onboarding, you will be prompted to take the test.
Time Required: ~15-20 Minutes.
Manual Override: If you have taken a DISC test recently (e.g., for a previous employer), you can bypass the test and enter your 4-letter score manually using the sliders.
